First time in LA, typically do not go with delivery but being in the city of dreams I placed a delivery order. I must say, they went above of beyond. Yes, the initial order was incorrect as I ordered a dispose, received the wrong item. Was just going to ignore it and settle. I called, received no answer. Within the minutes I got a call back. I explained to the gentleman the situation and he immediately owned and apologized, promised to make it right and send another driver within 10 mins. I not only got a better replacement but a compatible battery for the first order. Thank you YB!!
