You had to wear a mask, but I really could see a smile in you eyes and hear it in your voice. Thank you so much Natalie! I have been nervous about leaving the house since all this mess started. I was relieved to see all the precautions they set in place to keep us safe. Natalie was really kind and patient and answered all my questions (I always have questions!). She provided the stellar service I have come to expect from the Jax Beach location. Thank you again.

I stopped shopping at the other local Trulieve because the wait times were up to 2 hours long, people got ruder the longer they were open. So I found someplace else to shop. At a dabbing class given by my referring doctor, I learned of the new store at Jax Beach. Right near my doctors office. I was a walk in, so expected the worst. Was I ever wrong! I was greeted by a staff that smiles, gave us a warm greeting and even offered us water. There was no real wait. I didn't know what I wanted except to try the powder. Brian was FULL of good information. He listened to what I needed for my conditions, made solid recommendations, explained the benefits and warnings, and was an overall nice guy with a great attitude. I got to meet the manager and some of the other staff too. All in all a great first time experience. I will be back soon and hope this is the way the store stays. Perfect people for the job there.
