Extremely disappointed with the staff professionalism and complete lack of management leadership at this location. An employee brought personal outside drama onto the job and used her position to have a customer banned for no reason related to the store. Every time I tried to reach out to management to get clarity on why this happened, I was given excuses that they were 'too busy' to help. Management's complete refusal to communicate, investigate claims, or handle customer service issues is completely unacceptable.
