If anyone remembers the shops that were around in early 2000’s this place is the exact opposite. Shop is beautiful, staff is excellent, and just the general ambiance is well done. Not the sketchy dispensaries we’re used to here in Santa Barbara. Very well done Canopy! You all should be proud if what you’ve accomplished! Product There is something here for everyone. I myself like to spring the extra buck for top quality and this place actually has it. But for those that are looking for a deal, they’ve got that to. All of the best name brand cartridges, waxes, flowers, edibles, etc. My favorite part is they invested pretty heavily in CBD products. And not the bull shit hemp stuff. They carry real cannabis derived CBD. If you depend on this stuff medically you know the difference. Thank you Canopy for carrying this stuff. Staff Professional,kind, and intelligent. I’ve been going to airfield pretty regularly since they first opened as medical back in the day and have stuck with them through all the changes. It’s always been my #1 shop in the area to get my meds from. I want to make something clear first; I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at Airfield until today. My Budtender today was Michael. Must be new as I’ve never seen him there before. First off, the guy was stoned out of his mind and I kept having to repeat my self. Second, he kept telling me that what I wanted was wrong and that I shouldn’t “look at it that way”. All I need is a very heavy indica for my back problems. Usually get the GSC Blue cut but wanted to switch things up. Without leaving a long story about what happened, this guy was just incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I tried to find a manager to talk to after this encounter seeing as I know ( or at least hope) Airfield cares about customer service and this guy just had a piss poor attitude.
