I have generally had a very positive experience at this dispensary and have been a customer at least 100 times. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I purchased a cartridge that was not working properly. When I brought the issue to the manager (dark-skinned woman with curly hair wearing a green/multicolored shirt), she took approximately 15 minutes to “test” the product. In my previous experiences, this process has typically taken around five minutes. She eventually took me outside and demonstrated that the cartridge worked with her specific battery. However, when I got home, I tested the cartridge with three different compatible batteries/pens, and it did not work with any of them. The only battery it appeared to work with was the specific brand/model she used, which strongly suggests that the issue was a hardware compatibility problem rather than the cartridge functioning properly. Despite this, I was not offered a refund or an exchange for another cart

They people here are way nicer (even though I didn’t get the job as lead bud tender at this location) the other cookies near Lynwood the people there aren’t as kind
