Firstly: older lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, she’s why this isn’t a 1-star review; great attitude and very welcoming. But... Where did the samples go? I get that y’all need to be fast paced with 4/20 approaching, but why not keep an eighth sample of each strain so your patients can accurately select their meds? Not being able to really know what I’m buying, every choice I made from the displayed menu being conveniently “out”, PLUS the baseline-tier service I received this morning after being called back really took the wind out of my sails and reminded me why I should drive to a further dispensary instead of walking to my neighborhood one.

If you enjoy buying flower that's already been washed of all its trichomes, Curaleaf is the place for you!! But hey, at least that's better than the mold in the Youngtown location's flower!

Went for the Wednesday wax deal, and they had an amazing selection to choose from! Lots of flavors and consistencies. The whole ritzy atmosphere bodes well, so I came in for terp sauce and live resin. There was nobody at the welcome desk at all. Not a soul. So I walked up, and someone who was just talking in the back came up to check me in.. my budtender couldn't answer any of my questions, as he hadn't tried most of the wax. I chose my products. The Jack Herer terp sauce looks NOTHING like what's in the display, not even saucy at all and more like a wet crumble. All my soupy grams were stored upside down so I can't open them without spilling the contents. And one of my jars was COVERED in waxy fingerprints all over the outside of the jar, rendering my hands now sticky and odorous(doesn't go over so well when I go to work). Honestly wasn't worth the drive from Central Phoenix, I can find better service and lower prices closer to home. I would only recommend if you happen to be nearby.

This has been my go-to dispensary since I moved to Portland a year ago. I've never once had an issue that wasn't handled professionally and expertly. The prices have always been competitive, and the staff are welcoming and always happy to see me. Have I also mentioned VARIETY?! Always 30+ flower strains available and 20+ flavours in the dabinet. I highly recommend these folks to anyone!!!
