I've had a few bad experiences ordering online, thankfully Norcal Medicine was not one. They contacted me immediately to confirm the order as requested, and though they had sold out of a particular strain I wanted, the assistant worked with me to find a good alternative. Even after I had made a mistake and typed in the wrong address, they were courteous and the driver arrived within the originally expected timeframe. 10/10, 5 stars.

Took a little longer than I thought but is likely due to business booming. Their prices are never too much, and the one time it took them an unusually long time to deliver, they didn't hesitate to compensate me for the wait. Good customer service all around.
