Customer experience is superior when it comes to this dispensary. They also usually have awesome strains & better deals then most dispensaries in this state. Just wish they had a rewards programs & carried cannabis products from the famous company Cookies.

Had to leave this review today because of my experience I had literally just about an hour or so ago. I've been going to Remedy for a long time now, and I've been introduced to some awesome budtenders. I've been to many dispensaries and so far only two tenders out of all the ones I've met really made me feel like they were doing their job and going beyond! & both of those tenders came out of Remedy, Amani & Josh. But no Budtender I've met yet beats Josh at Remedy of Columbia. This man literally made my day just by having an intellectual conversation on different medical strains and which would be best for my medical condition. He was well informed with cannabis in every aspect, strains, thc and cbd percentages, terpene profiles, its growers etc. W/e questions one has he can easily answer. Him and Amani (who no longer works their) are the only budtenders I've ever met who are beyond considerate, love what they do, and no matter what could never get annoyed by a customer. Josh has even stepped over and helped me when other tenders I was assigned too couldn't. & trust me I'm a difficult patient because I'm also an herbal connoisseur so I'm constantly sending the tender back and forth to check out different strains, out of the 10x I sent Josh to the back he not once got annoyed like other tenders, each time he literally came around the corner with a smile on his face and plenty of information on the strain. All around great guy & as long as he's at Remedy of Columbia, the Concierge, the boss Andrew, Lance & Matt will all be expecting to see my face multiple times a month. Once again thank you for everything Josh, your service is outstanding and I hope Remedy realizes your value. I could see this man running his own dispensary in the future.

I came to Remedy and was blown away at how they are so professional, its semi deli style so you get to see the strain you want in nice glass jars to examie your product before buying. My bud tender is Emanni (hopefully I spelled that right) she can literally read my mind everytime and knows what strain I'm looking for right when I come through the door, love her customer service not to mention I request her and tell my friends too aswell eveytime. Ty Remedy for only choosing the best buds out of the batches to sell to your patients, you all are awesome!
