They forgot my order 2 times in a row tried to charge me 40 dollars for 2 regular joints

They charged me 20 dollars 2 regular joints and didn't give me my money back or bring my correct order and they would answer the phone or respond through email the workers at the dispensary are very rude and disrespectful
