BEWARE my recent order from Top Shelf Express was delivered with the wrong products, and though I explained the mistake to the delivery driver over the phone, there was no attempt to correct the mistake! Like magic the company just disappeared, with the cash. So my Top Shelf Express customer service grade is an F, I am moving on to another local business.

The product that was listed as being in stock on Weedmaps and in my completed order was not at the store according to the bud tender when I arrived to pick up my order! That is the 2nd time in a row that I went to the store to find that the item was still listed on Weedmaps but was apparently not in stock when I travelled to the store to pick it up.

The customer service here is slipping. I had an issue with the scheduling of my order, and I overheard another friendly assistant complaining about a call he just finished! The customer is always right. That rule will make or break a company.
