I've been buying an oz of the house brand here every other week for a few years now. quality is consistently middling to good, almost always trimmed and cured properly. the place is relatively inexpensive and the best storefront between Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz. service is super hit or miss, sometimes you get a knowledgeable and quick employee, sometimes you get a space cadet rendered inept by smoking before their shift. I've seen multiple typos on labels, copy, and marketing materials. last time I brought it up they not-so-kindly explained that I, the customer, was the one who was wrong. often there are "computer problems" that hold up what should be a 2 minute transaction to half an hour. of course the computers are fine, it's usually pot-induced incompetence that the employees are too embarrassed to cop to. I will keep coming here for a while, and will definitely check out when they open a new location in the old print shop in morro bay. I just hope they stop blowing it...
