Hello again, that's very helpful feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share. We do take our first time patient visits very seriously and some need more time than others, including those who would like more time with our patient care consultants in the dispensing area to ask questions, get more advice on products, etc. For patients who do not need that, you make a very fair point. Hello again, thank you for taking the time to leave another review. First, I am sorry for the misinformation. We have the 4 item product limit per visit due to inventory issues we have been seeing in the past, and we want to be able to provide product for a large amount of patients, as there are many in the program so far. We do anticipate that this will no longer have to be in effect once we have more growers shipping to us in PA. We started off with only 1, then 2, and now we have 4 growers shipping to us which is a huge improvement! We have already been seeing less inventory issues and hope those issues slowly subside completely so we have no problem fully supplying all of our patients. We do understand there is a lot of room for improvement at our dispensary, so thank you for the additional feedback. As I mentioned in your previous review, we are discussing some options internally to create a faster system of purchasing medicine and anticipate that some of these issues will be resolved soon. Again, we are always happy to hear the feedback and are looking for ways to get better each day. Much appreciated!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. As you point out, we do have a mandatory pharmacist consultation for all first time patients to our dispensary. This is both because we want to follow the legal parameters of the PA program, and also because we see a lot of patients who don't have the same level of expertise that you do and don't have much of a comfort level during their first visit. We've found that many of those folks really appreciate the time we spend up front (although it can admittedly lead to longer visits than it would otherwise!). We understand where you're coming from and definitely can get why you'd be frustrated with the extra step that isn't necessary in your case. I don't think we'll be able to change our policy, but it's really good information for our team to be more aware of in the future. In terms of wait times, we are actually in the process of discussing some options internally, such as a "Fast Track" line that will create a faster and more efficient process for our patients who are more experienced and know exactly what they want. More to come on that once we have the process officially confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience the long wait may have caused for you, but we do hope to get this issue resolved soon.
