I had a rove pod that was bad from the start, It was super clogged and I would basically pop a blood vessel to hit it. I decided not to bring it up because I already opened the box. On my next delivery I asked him what to do if this situation happened again and he asked if I still had the pod. It was 75% gone at that point and he still swapped it and gave me a new cartridge free of cost. Great customer service.
