This place gives all other dispensaries a bad name. They clearly have no understanding of time management. The front desk is more than happy to tell you that your wait will take 15 minutes while it actually last 30 minutes to an hour. They rarely have a full stock and don’t have an understanding of patient needs. They use outdated tech and website that doesn’t work 50% of the time. This location is terrible! Front desk is curt or rude at every opportunity and the only decent employees, who are on the tellers, are few and far between. It’s a real shame. I’ve tried to give this place a chance multiple time hoping any interaction would get better. It hasn’t and clearly never well. If you’re smart, take your business anywhere else!
