They grabbed me the promos they had and I was super grateful for that

So yesterday (9/19/19) I purchased 2 grams of wax. 1. Moxie bucket (peach rings) 2. Slurricane crumble by Skunk Feather One dab of the peach rings and I was NOT HAVING IT. Not sure if it was just one bad gram out of the batch, but I absolutely hated it. Stuck the sticker back on it, and came in to talk to a manager. Michael handled the situation perfectly. Asked me what was wrong, when I bought it, what it smelled and tasted like when I dabbed it. And exchanged that gram for another (same priced) gram. Just got home and took my first dab of the NEW Moxie bucket (blackberry kush) and I’m more than happy. Thank you very much Phenos and Michael!
