Downloaded the app, entered all my information and was connected with the doctor within 2 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later had the recommendation sent to my email. When I had trouble accessing my recommendation online, I called the support phone number and was provided a solution nearly instantly. Helpful staff, a competitive price, and an easy process. Not much more you could ask for. I will absolutely be recommending this app/company.
