Hello, first off I would like to apologize that your concerns were not addressed in a more timely manner. The point of sale system that we use currently requires that we put in a driver's license/id number. I will reach out to our point of sale system rep to see if we can expand on options for other legal forms of ID that we require on the first to accompany the OMMA license to avoid this issue in the future. It is a very valid concern and I am very very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. If you are willing to give us a chance in the future please show them this response that if the passport option is not available they are permitted to use the passport number and expiration in place of the drivers license. For the dog, we are legally only permitted to ask if the dog is required because of a disability and what task was the dog trained to do. I apologize on behalf of everyone in this situation. If you are willing to give us another shot as we have had some restructuring we would love to start over.
