I was really pleased when I went into Sunflower Meds when it opened last month. As a new patient I was able to walk away with a 1/4 for $65. They have a great selection of flowers and edibles. I am pleased that they have vape-pen cartridges that have measured mg of THC. They are the only dispensary in the area that has measured 250mg vape pen cartridges. They are right off the freeway and have plenty of parking in a nice area. They have a unique bud room where each station has a small tablet with strain information and test results. I was a bit disappointed that they sell pre-packaged flowers instead of being able to pick and weigh your own. Their flower prices are in the med-high price range but I was able to get a DISCOUNT when I used my debit card. This is the exact opposite of other dispensaries in the area that will charge you an additional service fee if you pay with a card. I got some Girl Scout Cookies and they were awesome, the bud was cured properly and it was extremely pungent. I also got some WiFi (White Fire) and was not as impressed. Overall this is a great dispensary in the east valley, definitely worth a visit!

This dispensary is close to several others. If you are in the area or have not been to HWC yet should definitely stop by. They have limited strain selection and edible variety. They have very medical strains with high CBD or other hard to find strains. The staff did not seem rushed and answered my extensive questions. As a first time patient you can buy an 1/8th and get one free. Basically you get 50% off a quarter, this is one of the best 'first time patient' deals in the valley. Also, if you like them on Facebook you get a free pre roll. The only thing I did not like was that they had strains on the menu and available but not out on the bud table. This place is definitely worth a visit. I have a med-high tolerance so I was pleased when my free pre-roll that made me pace around my room for 15 minutes.
