It took me a long time to overcome my fear of seeking this alternative to medicine. As a medical professional it goes against the grain. I was so anxious upon my arrival was given a cold welcome by the receptionist. She was not warm, friendly, welcoming and just had no sense of hospitality. I was crying asked if she had tissues her answer “no” not the slightest of caring. There was much more but, you get the point. Kristen Green was the PA she on the other hand was completely the opposite and made me comfortable, gave me tissues, went through all of the education in a very thorough and understanding way. She was excellent!! I would have that receptionist working for my business.
