The staff know the products they have in stock quite well (they party too) and is friendly and respectful. This is the original storefront operation and it's a little tight on the elbow room (not as big as the MoVal storefront), but the selection is the same too. You have to check out both of the menus first, because once in a while one store will have a deal on a product(s) the other does not. I'm giving 5-Stars, because they got it down so that online ordering is placed, confirmed and was ready for p/u when I arrived, and then I was in and out less than 5 minutes.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and the security is helpful and both are respectful to the customers. I've never had any budtenders attempt to steer me, they've always given me all the time I need and always take the time to find what works best for my buck. Yesterday I used the pick-up window for 10% off my order for an ounce of SipKoi's LA Kush Cake for $153 (w/10% off). Its minty/peppermint sweetness complexity in taste and the aromatic quality ought to be good for some respiratory conditions because it really opens one's sinus and airways, and it gets you totally FADED!!! 5-Stars on SipKoi's LA Kush Cake flower!
