First, as soon as I entered the showroom, I was enthusiastically greeted by all budtenders, all looked up and acknowledged me even though they were obviously working with others? I was asked by one, Jennifer I believe was the name , if I've been in before. Told her first time at this one, she invited me to look around and someone would be right with me. Not used to that from the stores I frequent. Beautiful place and soon while you wait, which was not more than 3 mins, youll be able to see through a huge window into cultivation! Once I was ready Jennifer shook my hand, introduced herself asked mine all while maintaining consistent eye contact. Within the first 30 seconds she established a comforting human connection with a newcomer. She was ready to listen, not pushy, took her time, knows her stuff and showed enthusiasm for their products. I appreciate that when describing the effects of each product, she never used the phrase or words like " It's dank man" or "I was so high off this" and my least favorite "It's knarly". These budtenders are educated on their products and can explain each product and the effects so you have real understanding of what you are getting. While weighing out my flower Jennifer ask how my afternoon was going, weekend plans etc. Just being sincerely kind. I could hear the other budtenders as well and they seemed equally top notch. Again everyone including security responded saying thank you for coming and have a great day. I really enjoyed my purchase, Gods Gift was suggested based on what I was looking for at that time.
