I just have to let y’all know that I love your dispensary. Your product and your employees NEVER disappoint. I live in Sherwood and I love Natural Relief, but ya’ll have so much more selection and different things that I have to come to see y’all now at least every other weekend. I wish y’all had one in Little Rock as well lol. My main reason for this review is to give a shout out to Cookie he was very nice and very helpful and hooked me up with a dab tab pen I was very humbled that he did that for me. The employees here are very helpful and very nice and I’ve never had to wait to be helped and taken care of they are very fast but don’t rush you and are very patient in answering your questions and giving you all the time and info you need!! COOKIE NEEDS A RAISE LOL! Really was very very sweet to help me out like that and more than appreciate it. Thanks again guys for helping your patients and having great customer service doing it. Never have I been in there and had a employee that you could tell was really not wanting to be at work and just wanted to hurry you up or be rude and to me that is very important. Customer service at its best guys great doing business with y’all!!

I like Hensley because they have a great variety of selection. They haven’t always been the nicest but my experience today was a lot better even thou I had to call them when I got all the way back to sherwood and they had given me crescendo #11 instead of cookies but he quickly called me back and apologized numerous times and gave me extra points. I wasn’t mad but was happy they called and gave me extra rewards points. Thomas K I have to say you were the best service I have had in all my experiences even with the little mess up which u resolved honorably and were quick to call me back! ❤️❤️❤️. The one thing that I wish y’all would change is the compassionate program for lower income people because I’ve been fighting for my disability and I’m unable to work so it’s harder. All the other dispensary’s give 10 to 20 percent discount for those people that fall in those brackets thou. We need help too

The girls up front were friendly and the lady that put all my information in and wrote down my instructions for what I needed to do so I didn’t forget anything. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The doctor was very patient and very understanding and helpful. This place is very clean and just all around a outstanding clinic!!! Highly recommended
