First time customer. First impressions. It took over 4.5 hours for my online order to be ready for pick up. I didn’t receive any updates from the business so I tried to call them an hour after I placed my order, but i got no answer. And no further updates until I got the notification 25 minutes before close. I almost said forget it and went on to bed. But The email said it was bagged and ready to go. When I arrived, it was not bagged and ready. I had to wait for her to find everything and bag it. The strain of flower I chose was listed online as 27% thc but when I picked it up it was actually only 22.7% one of the infused prerolls they didn’t have. The budtender was very kind and helpful! And she did try to make sure I had everything I needed, But it really wasn’t the experience I would prefer at 11:50pm after waiting all evening.
