This place should honestly just close. They don't care about their med patients AT ALL! They stole me from their competition across the street and I'm unsure how. The last 3 months or so I've gone in, their flower has been an absolute joke. Nothing but popcorn buds and shake. Most other companies would sell this stuff at a very discounted price. Hell across the street it was 65 for an ounce of what they are charging a hundred or more for. Figure I'd give them time to get better, maybe it's just a hiccup in their grow. But, it hasn't. It's gotten worse. Finally, after giving many many chances to do better, I ask to peak at the rec side. OH MY EFFING GOD! Talk about product differences! I felt slapped AND kicked in the balls! Why wasn't any of this on the medical side? Ok, fine, whatever... I ask if I'm allowed to shop over on that side. Was told I could... was even told as medical I'd get my same pricing... BUT even though I'm a level 3 member, I am only allowed to buy 1 ounce at a time on that side. Meaning, if I want any good sized buds or halfway decent flower, I can only get 1oz rec and the rest I'd HAVE to get from the trashcan they call their med side. This company don't give a damn about you. I wish Snoop himself would show up and bury this place. You wanna give your medical members the middle finger? You should be ready for a million middle fingers back at you. Garbage company with garbage flower that doesn't give a damn about anything but the bottom line. Save your money, you can grow better herbs yourself in your backyard.

They blew me away with how nice, professional, and compassionate they are. I was a patient elsewhere for 8 years. They changed a lot so needed to find somewhere else. This place won because even with rec, they still care about their medical patients!

I have been with mindful about 8 years. I knew when they started focusing more on rec than medical, that they would start slipping as a company. Well, the time has come. Their concentrates have gone downhill. And their flower has become inconsistent and nonexistent. Like 2 good strains out of at most 4 or 5 strains unless I go in the day after shipment. Also, the refusal to help a patient that left paperwork at home accidentally. I mean I only have a paper copy because of you guys, why can't I get 1 more? Then get a customer to help only to find out that nearly all the "member benefits" have been cancelled. I mean, the 50 bucks a month annual card didn't even survive a 6 month run. This company has gone down the toilet. They have proven that it's about the money, not the people that bring the money. I mean 800% butane residuals in some of the hash! And their pre weighed ounces are ALWAYS short, and I've just dealt with it because I love the staff. It's the staff that makes this place worth visiting and they will be losing all of them soon enough. I hope this company learns from their extremely poor business decisions. I've probably lost hundreds of dollars in shorted ounces. Do yourselves a favor, take the advice of a long time member... go anywhere but here. I'd rather pay Fort Collins prices than come back to this inconsistent, consumer trap. Good bye and good riddance. Green Tree has been waiting for me to tell you guys peace!
