EDIT: Tried curbside pickup and the employee pulled his mask all the way down and stuck his unmasked face inside my car window. Do not go here until post-covid... ORIGINAL REVIEW: The reason I am not leaving 1 star is because they offer curbside, therefore you can avoid the poor covid precautions. They have good deals, but they don't do social distancing and the employees have their noses out. They had everyone pilling up in the floor room to wait, instead of having them wait in the completely empty lobby. Not sure why.

I called and asked if they take debit card. They said yes. They did not warn me that there is a $5 fee. If they had warned me I would've just used cash. On top of that they charged $60 instead of $59.25, so they stole $5.75 from me. I already paid $5 delivery fee, you're going to trick me into also paying a $5 debit fee?

I am not a fan of their rewards system. Imagine if Subway had a buy-10-get-next-one-free deal except after you've completed your card of 10 subs and ask for the 11th you're told you need to come in another day to get it. Fine, so you go in for the 11th on another day but now they say they'll only give you the "free" 11th if you buy a 12th sandwich also... They had a daily deal today and I bought a gram and got the daily deal. They wouldn't let me cash out my rewards unless I bought an additional gram. I went it, spent money, utilized their daily deal and then was told I need to spend more money to cash in my "reward." It is not much of a daily deal if its punishing me for utilizing it. I used to go to this club a few times a week but now I'll go to another club instead.

Spent $10 and got a gram of herb (FTP deal) and a gram of wax (daily deal I think). Wow!! Will definitely go back.

They use your personal information from your registration form to spam you with advertisements. Their higher-quality concentrate was mediocre and wouldn't come off of the wax paper.
