High Demand has a really unique boutique atmosphere that sets it apart from a lot of other dispensaries in the area that I’ve been to . The shop has a great selection featuring some of the best cultivators around, including Alt Sol, District Cannabis, and Cookies — the GOATS in my opinion. And a ton of cool stickers for free for when you leave out… I like to grab them to jazz up my Bongs. The location is also extremely convenient — it’s right off the Blue Line Metro, only about a 2-minute walk from the station. It’s easy to stop by, grab what you need, and if you’re feeling like treating yourself afterward, you can even grab some pastries from across the street. How a business responds says a lot about them. I appreciate that they take the time to listen and address any concerns a patient/customer may have instead of dismissing them. Overall, High Demand has a lot going for it — great products, a unique atmosphere, convenient location.

If you’re looking for good customer service and a friendly smile look elsewhere! This place showed me their true colors today, I knew something wasn’t right the first time I stepped foot in here. I only came to RISE silver spring because it’s very close and convenient but I’m just not use to this type of treatment especially when I’m spending my money. There is always a wait, they call your name loud in the waiting area first and last (the gentleman did it today) no discretion, and if you ask questions about anything they get so defensive... I just recently moved from DC to MD and I use to go to National Holistic in DuPont the best place ever! So I’m use to a different type of atmosphere (laid back) and excellent customer service at all times. I would like to point out the associate Janelle has always been genuine and very nice since the first day I met her, she’s approachable always smiling and very easy to talk to and since I suffer from major anxiety she makes it super easy for me to converse with her and make my selections. The guy Michael today was so out of pocket, it all started when I asked him about the rewards for my 10% discount he got a little moody because I didn’t understand what he was explaining to me so I just said don’t worry about it, I inquired about a few strains that and that just added fuel to the fire, I could tell he did not want to help me at all by this time. A young lady with dreads came over and was talking to Michael as I was handing him my money in his HAND for the transaction, he did he most disgusting thing instead of him handing me my change back in my hand he placed it far away on the counter with my receipt smh! In my mind I’m thinking Wow this guy is so rude! I asked Michael “did I hand you my money in your hand?” His reply “yes” I worked in customer service for more than 10 years and everyone knows that’s such a major no no. Will not come here or to any RISE ever again! If you do happen to visit ask for Janelle.
