I placed an order and chose an app offered delivery window. They gave me an hour after placing my order to send a photo of myself with my drivers license (which was a bit weird to me since they have my license and it gets scanned in person at delivery), then they informed me that the delivery window I chose was not in their Gilroy delivery hours which apparently are 11am-1pm and 7-10pm. I agreed to make the late delivery work. After not hearing from them all day at like 9pm they got back to me saying they were understaffed and could not make my delivery (I placed the order at 10am!). Unfortunately none of their delivery times work for me any other day and they would not deliver outside these hours so I tried to cancel my order. I couldn’t cancel online, their listed phone number doesn’t work, and they have not gotten back to me in the chat. The whole experience was frustrating and I had to order from somewhere else. I won’t be trying to order from them again.

This place is the most reliable I have ordered from on Weedmaps. They are, in fact, the only dispensary who has successfully delivered to me in Gilroy. Though they deliver a bit later than the promised delivery window, the staff is always chill and friendly. Purple Lotus will continue to be my first choice to order from!
