I would go to this place when I lived in Santa Rosa, and my experience was nothing but great! The staff is so nice and would greet me by name when I came in...they seem to care a lot. They had a large variety of meds, always took their time with me and answered any of my questions and let me look at/smell as many meds as I wanted to. I never felt rushed, always left with good product, and the prices were fair.

I went to Harborside as a vendor today, and it blew every other dispensary I have been to in Northern California out of the water! From the parking lot to the purchase counter to the vendors' orientation, I was treated with class and professionally. I love the fact that they test ALL of their meds before they put them out for sale. This is my new favorite dispensary in Oakland! Very potent hash and salves, and the Lamb's Breath was delicious. If you're a vendor, I suggest going here just for the experience and to get knowledge about the market in that area.
