Have you considered requesting a specific budtender? Alex is great, very knowledgeable, and gets a lot of great reviews, but there seems to be a consistent disconnect between the two of you. We appreciate you coming back, perhaps the next time ask for someone to work with you other than Alex? An easy fix, see you soon.
