I've always gone to high-end doctors, where you can get your b12 shots at the same time. But when you're busy this is beyond great. I downloaded the 420 rec app, filled out some information and within 10 minutes was on the phone with a nurse. A digital copy of my recommendation was immediately emailed to me and about 6 days later I received my official recommendation via usps. Haven't had problems with it anywhere, and 420rec only charged my debit what was told
