I've been using this product for over a year now, and it has changed my life. I started getting out of bed and doing more housework. I started going to the stores more often and walking around. I was doing yard work like crazy, and my neighbors saw me and are witnesses to my transformation. This product brought life back to me. I use it in my coffee, and it melts better in hot liquids. It does leave a sticky resin residue, so have a designated spoon and cup. 1 scoop a day , maybe another in the evening when I want to go out later.
