I order a Rove pod orange crush. When I open it up the pod it had leak in the box. When I called Puff&Luff about it they told me to send a pic of it. Now the say it's now their product. I have a receipt that say otherwise. They don't want to replace it even though I bought it from them. It sad I'll have to shop some where else now.

Everything was fire and on point.
