My husband WAS an epc patient with this store got a hella seeded pound of Clearwater for an outrageous price! when he called to see what could be done about it the epc employee wanted to get short and rude! Then today we call to see when he signed and if maybe they had something different in. She then again wanted to pass the phone around and not really answer the question then the epc manager got on the phone with a POOR ATTITUDE. Then wanted to try to tell my husband he can't shop at there store. So you your looking for rude and poor customer service or hella seeded flower go to STEEL CITY!! But let me tell you there are a ton of others store with better customer service and better product!!

I absolutely love coming into this store! Britt is an amazing budtender, they have amazing prices and even better product! This has been one of my top stores for the last 3 months! The first time deal was amazing, Britt does an amazing job with keeping it feeling like I'm not being rushed and can just ask questions! Thank you 😊
