My husband & I literally waited 3.5 hours waiting on our order and we marked cashless payment . The driver took way longer than what there so called dispatch said . And this guy gets here and this dude has the nerve to say he doesn’t have change when he contacted me 15mins prior to confirm whether I was paying with cash . And whoever is the owner proceeds to tell me that I’m lying and I even sent him screenshots from the interaction and then says Marcus is your driver . Like no accountability about it . The order was like $67 and some odd change and the guy wanted us to give him the $100 and said he would bring us change in the morning . Like that was so unprofessional. Ultimately I didn’t get my order and couldn’t order nothing because my time was waisted and all the other places where closed
