Staff is rude and doesn't resolve issues with tact. Instead of having good customer service. They have shitty attitudes. They sold me a vape that didn't work. $80. i didnt leave the parking lot. Brought it back in and they wanted to treat me as if it my fault their product doesn't work upon opening the package. instead of understanding my frustration. They tried to send me on my way and tell me there's nothing they can do.
