I have more body aches than I can even begin to tell you ..from head to toe from back-and-forth, and this is the only thing that calms everything down.. no it doesn’t touch some of my pain because someone needs surgery but for the other stuff that’s bothersome and the aches.. both muscle, and even some nerve pain it does help. I highly recommend this ..very highly.
