ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDNT GET A SOLID ANSWER ONCE WAITED OVER 2 HOURS AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE OR UPDATE! ANY TIME I CALLED THEY JUST HUNG UP!

I opened the package to take a hit and the pen just light up no smoke coming out very disappointed however not shocked cheap pen but never responded to my phone call after the driver left
