I have been taking about 1/3 of these morning and night essentially microdosing. Very useful during a difficult time. The feeling is calm and happy. I'm able to function fine and there is zero hangover. My appetite is up and I'm sleeping well. As a depression/anxiety sufferer I can say these don't add to anxiety for me and I feel slightly uplifted. My sleeps have also been really good. I'm looking forward to taking a stronger dose and watching a good movie.
