This review is not about the store, personel or product. Was there today (1st time), was treated well and their products seem to be most excellent! I'm writing this because of the offical response for a June 2020 bad review. Even if your correct the first thing you did was attack the person and accused them of lying (hard to know what someone is feeling inside). Defending your company is appropriate & always right, but the way you went about it was kind of an example of their complaint. Hopefully someone was just having a bad day, I was treated properly and will tell others to check them out and suggest you should too!

I'm disabled & choose mmj over prescription meds. I'm a loyal customer & until recently was @ same dispensary for over 3 yrs. I became a member here a few months ago do to their price & customer service. I had an issue with something I bought there, went back & they took care of the issue with a smile. Their "Organic" bud does the job cheaply for most people, the "Hydro" has a better taste & scent. If price is not an issue 4 you, this dispensary might not serve your needs. But if you have a tight budget, or just like to save money, you should at give "Pure Medical" a try. They have 2 locations in the springs so they can serve all of the areas around here. Both shops have different daily deals & are honored @ either location.

... new dispensary because I'm getting resistant to my dispensary mmj strains. Tried a few other retailers & then found this place. I bought some flower (don't really like the two tier thing) & it's pretty dank. I also bought some hash oil refills & one cartridge. Has issues with the cartridge, was told later that EVO cartridges have to have EVO battery to work. After driving home to Fountain, returning to store & buying the EVO battery the cartridge still didn't work. Went back in and they gave me a different cartridge, then it worked fine. Being that their customer sevice is on point, & they have stains that I'm not resistant to, I might transfer my dispensary caretaker here. I would suggest that people give this place a try, a lot better than many shops I've been to in the springs srea.
