forget my review under this choose another place to go. they are horrible here if you need to talk to somebody. they never answer the phone they hardly answer emails. last week I went for my appointment because I had to move it up because it was originally for the end of the month so I showed up last week sat there for 20 minutes just for the guy to come out and tell me I don't have an appointment that day that's a doctor's not they're not coming in so they rescheduled me and we're supposed to call me today to remind me about it thank God I remembered myself and I tried calling both locations Sandusky and Parma which Parma is the main location I go to seeing its closer but I found out closer isn't always better I should have went somewhere else. but anyway I tried to call line today to make sure I still had an appointment tomorrow and no one answers either locations that's not very good customer service and patient-friendly I think they're all about the money. sorry not tryin to bash

I've had my consultation I go on Wednesday to see the actual Dr. so far the very nice and seemed very caring there Mark is a nice guy. I found out the best way to get a hold of them was through email.
