Not sure how this place has a 4.9 star rating... Tried using a delivery service for the first time in a decade (this one), and was reminded why I never bother using them. Walk-in dispensaries were closed, so I ordered from this place as I really wanted some herbs for the night. Waited an hour and a half, only to be called by the delivery driver saying he has arrived... But he is actually 4 cities away, at the wrong address, with the wrong order and the wrong name... But somehow has my phone number attached to it. Absolutely atrocious service. Whoever is putting together the logistics/orders, needs to get their sh*t together. Now I have no herbs for the night, and the other deliveries are now closed. Also; says the DS is located in Jurupa Valley, yet the picture of order that the driver sent me, states they are in Pomona. I honestly don't know how this bad of a blunder is even possible. 🤦🏻 Someone's burning too much of their own supply during work hours, obviously.
