I am very familiar with Jars as that was my go to place up north in mount pleasant. However this location is eh lol. I'm giving them a two star because i drove there for something very specific. Which they knew they did not have and bagged my order anyways with two of the same products which clearly i did not order. Instead of saying they don't have it and gave me an alternative to replace it or not buy it at all they gave it to me anyways i paid for it and have to drive all the way back the following day. Usually dispensaries will let you know if there are any changes to the order. I feel as if I, as the customer was not being taken care of.

Honestly I love puff. The two girls working at the desk are always always a pleasure. I believe they are there from open to close and no matter what time I come in they are still friendly and attentive. The bud room is spacious and everyone in there is pleasant always. Best deals in the city as well.

The staff is great. The weed is great especially for the price! I love the environment. I mean I have 0 complaints about this place.

Excellent and fast service from the time I walked in. They accepted my temporary card because I left my card 3 hours away (lol). There was a gentleman helping me even though he was on his way out the door. He was still patient, kind, and helped me pick out some fire bud. I couldn't even tell he was off the clock lol great employee. In addition to the service the bud is fireeeeeeeee. I got the platinum garlic cookie for $25 an 8th but it was 30% thc and straight fire for cheap! Excellent 5/5 in all areas
