I'm generally very understanding about how long it takes to get an order, but today (the beginning of a holiday weekend) they had one person serving customers. It took 31 minutes to get through the line, and that is just unacceptable.

I found the interior, selection, prices, and staff to all be quite pleasing. The only complaint I have is that the front desk seems to get backed up with new customers having to fill out the state paperwork, and the order of the line becomes confusing and must be managed by the patrons.
