Check Emily for her treatment towards customers; especially over the phone. She seems to prioritize her sense of convenience over essential on the phone conversations with customers. She was so quick to hang up on me while I was in the middle of asking for a specific strain. She doesn’t give specifics, just “we don’t have that strain.” Doesn’t seem to hold basic knowledge of terpenes aswell; taking my money someplace else if I happen to know more about the product than the budtenders, up your game.
