Sent me the wrong item, said they were gonna send a driver to do a swap for a substitute (delivery order), then ghosted me. I originally placed my order at 7pm. Waited three hours hoping that they actually sent a driver. Nothing. Poor customer care. All of this could have been avoided if someone just verified/double checked my order before it left.
