My first time as a customer and the ladies were great, explaining the process, recommending products and a 10% local's discount!

Paid for the appt, got everything ready, hours say they're open but no one there, called, voicemail full, emailed, no answer, what gives?? I'll try some more and may change this review, but for now, things ain't looking so good.
