I ordered online. Yesterday, I waited as people came in, were checked in, stood in line, helped, checked out, and left, all while I stood there waiting for my pickup order. Finally, after ten minutes your only good budtender noticed me, and she helped me out. Today, I made an order, received the email that it was ready, came in, was checked in by the guard (that's never a good sign, means there are not enough employees working to help the crowd) and was told by the little guy bud tender that he personally packed my order and he couldn't find it now. I waited again for ten minutes, and nobody could find my product. Finally, the same only good budtender who works there noticed what was going on and found the problem, they were now out of my product that they just told me was ready. The little guy lied to my face about personally packing my order. They didn't have comparable product for the price, so I left, very upset. I will be back to use my points I saved up, then never again.
