Hi buddah303, I cannot even tell you how disappointing it is to hear you had this experience at my store. The fact that you have until this point been a loyal customer makes it all the more difficult. Please know your complaints have been well heard. Stems have only one place in a bag and it's hidden in the center of a beautiful nug. After all we're in the weed business not the lollipop business. Scraps always exist when dealing with cannabis on a large scale but it is always on us as cannabis professionals to insure you get the best most presentable product every time. It appears the ball has been dropped and again I sincerely apologize. Our company mantra has always been to "smoke more weed" and I believe this is only accomplished by dishing out the dankest herb for the cheapest possible price. I feel we have always accomplished this task in the past. You may be correct that it is in some of our growing pains that certain things have been overlooked. This will not be happening again I assure you. I also assure you that in no way does our recreational store have any affect on the quality we provide to our medical patients. Our company only cultivates cannabis for Colorado medical patients. All cannabis in our recreational store is purchased from wholesale providers throughout the state. We still put all of cultivation power to producing the highest quality medical cannabis for our patients. I ask that you give us a chance to make it right.
