For the last few times I’ve ordered online and for pick up, they haven’t been filled and either at the end of their shift, or the next day, they say my order has been picked up when in fact, I never picked it up bc it wasn’t packed. Also, I go to pick it up sometimes and it’s not even packed, even though it says it’s ready for pick up. Why are yall doing that? Don’t offer online pick up if you’re not going to fulfill your end of the obligation. It’s strange and annoying, seeming how I live right down the street from yall and use yall all the time and on the sometimes off chance I need to order online and have it ready to go when I get there, that can’t even be done. Please just do better. This isn’t a hate comment, this is just inspiration to do better for your loyal customers that requested a service you supposedly offer. I’d love to keep coming back, but if this issue keeps happening, I will really be bummed out bc I like this dispo. Please do better. Please.
