I was having a great experience at this dispensary until yesterday. Trilogy has long waiting lines. I was checked in, but I’m an avid smoker so I had less than one gram to purchase. I was unaware and sat for 20 mins waiting for my turn just to be told when I enter the back that there is nothing I can realistically buy. When I asked why I wasn’t notified that my grams were less than 1, I was told it’s my responsibility to know that, which I found rude. When I worked in the dispensary it was protocol to not let someone who had less than 14 get back their without knowing. The customer service is lost in all of the weed flavors.

Excellent customer service, I had a great time at the remodeled location. Also I was recommended some of the best flower I’ve ever had by the bud tender Kees so definitely ask for them when you come in!

My man tico and charnnette went through great lengths to help me with my purchase and inform me on how the living room is better than the competition! Excellent job guys!!!!

I have a great time every time I come, fully staffed and super efficient! The menu is amazing and prices are even better! Special thanks to my man Arthur for getting everything I needed for me and taking the time to search for grass when I constantly forget all the names. Definitely gotta give him employee of the month

I came to the living room after placing my order hours ago. Pulled in and someone took my name and I watched them go to every car but mine, after fifteen minutes of waiting, I got out of my vehicle and after 4-5 people walking past me someone asked me what was wrong and I told them I’m waiting. Shortly after security came out and said that I was scaring the women and that I had gotten into an altercation with a employee that I wasn’t even aware we had. But then I remembered I’m black and this is how some people treat people. Never coming back again. I never even received and apology and still waited another ten minutes to receive my medicine. DO NOT GO TO THE LIVING ROOM!!!!!!!
